Randy was informative, professional and extremely responsive. He walked us through our results and answered any questions we had. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Not only did he find mold that our general inspector didn't, but he found mold even after the remediation company was supposed to be done. This guy is worth his weight in gold as far as we're concerned! Our realtor mentioned all their referrals who have used him have been super happy & I see why. Highly recommend!

After 5 other professionals looked at the suspected mold staining and were unable to identify it, Randy with Adaptive Environments, knew almost immediately from looking at the inspection photos that our issue was not mold. He verified his suspicions using both a swab test and air quality test. Randy was professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a real estate agent I will be referring every client to Randy who is in need of environmental testing. He and his company provide excellent service and years of experience.

Wonderful Man! I called looking for a home inspector on my new buy. It turns out that that isn't their forte; however, referred me over to a home inspector that would be able to help me. He took a photo of his business card for me!

After a rain storm, we noticed a leaking area in a rarely used bedroom closet. We called Randy, and he immediately came to inspect the leak and resulting damage. His referral of a restoration and roof repair companies, along with his help in navigating our homeowners insurance claim were invaluable to repairing our home. Thanks Randy!

John Evans did an excellent job testing my home for mold. The air samples showed lower mold levels inside the home when compared to the outside test sample. This was great news, but John found my washing machine did have elevated levels of mold growth. This may have been missed by other mold testing companies, but was a very important factor due to multiple mold allergies I have. John was on time, courteous, and completed a full visual inspection of my home. The test results came back in 24 hours, and the cost of testing was industry standard. I did a bit of research prior to hiring Adaptive Environmental and found a few things you should ask your mold testing company before hiring them.

We had concerns regarding a home we wanted to purchase because of signs of water damage in and around the master bathroom. I have severe mold sensitivities so it was critical that we obtained accurate information. Randy was very punctual, thorough, and patient. He welcomed questions and he produced results in a timely manner. He made sure both my husband and I completely understood both the mold report and the remediation recommendations. I received other quotes from air quality testers in the Phoenix/Mesa area that were much more for less service. Very professional, top notch service.
